Avalon gifts is a locally owned family business, started in northern Minnesota by a mother-daughter duo who share a love of crafting and creating. In the beginning our focus was on penny rugs and crochet blankets, but quickly evolved to include the wide, and ever growing, variety of items you see before you today. What started as an online side gig has evolved to include local craft shows during the summer and fall seasons and is now a full-time retirement "job".  The pair have a taste for crafting hobbies as numerous as the aisles at the local craft supply store, and you can hardly guess what they will make next.
